Thank you for shopping with Slimegenix! We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new product launches, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the number of items in your order:

  • 1 Slime: $5.00 Shipping

  • 2–3 Slimes: $9.00 Shipping

  • 4+ Slimes: Free Shipping

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–7 Business Days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–4 Business Days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at slimegenix@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees before being reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

Slimegenix is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed deliveries caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Slime may be affected by extreme temperatures during transit.

If your slime arrives melted, sticky, or activated differently due to weather conditions, this is normal and can typically be corrected with activator. Slime texture changes caused by weather are not considered defects.

International Shipping

At this time, Slimegenix ships only within the United States.

We plan to expand internationally in the future.
