Are your slimes handmade?
Our slimes are produced using high-quality ingredients and strict quality standards to ensure consistency, durability, and satisfaction in every order.
What age is slime recommended for?
Our products are recommended for ages 6 and up. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
Is slime edible?
No. Slimegenix products are NOT edible and should never be consumed. Please keep slime away from pets and small children.
Slime Care Guide
How do I keep my slime fresh?
Always store your slime in its original airtight container when not in use. Properly stored slime can last for several months.
My slime feels sticky. What should I do?
Warm temperatures and frequent handling can make slime sticky. Add a few drops of activator solution and knead thoroughly until the desired texture returns.
My slime feels stiff. What should I do?
Cold temperatures can temporarily stiffen slime. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes and gently stretch it before playing.
Can slime melt?
Slime naturally changes texture over time depending on temperature and use. Following our care instructions will help maintain its quality and lifespan.
Why are there bubbles in my clear slime?
Bubbles are completely normal. Freshly handled clear slime often develops bubbles that will naturally clear over time when left undisturbed in its container.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.
How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Slimegenix primarily ships within the United States. International shipping availability may expand in the future.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of slime products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement, please provide:
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the shipping packaging
• Your order number
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
